Hand Built Leaf Dishes With Wendy Seifried

In this one day class, instructor Wendy Seifried, will teach you basic hand building skills to make two medium sized leaf dishes/bowls. Creating these items not only will teach you what you need to begin your ceramic interests, but you will be able to take away your very own leaf dishes. We will use natural leaves, twigs, stamps and rollers to texturize our beautiful free-form pieces. The instructor will provide natural leaves and twigs to use but you are welcome to bring your own to use, too!

The following Saturday, June 6th from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm, there will be a glazing session to glaze your work. If you cannot attend that session the instructor will glaze your work for you and you will be able to pick up your work after the glaze firing.

No clay experience is needed.
