Zoom Yoga - Monthly

Class Sessions: Monday, Wednesday, & Friday (through July)


Join Yoga Instructor Nanette Shovea for a multi-level gentle yoga class to sooth and nurture mind, body and spirit.

The practice will include a short seated centering with breathwork followed by a gentle warm up sequence.  The heart of the practice will include multiple yoga poses (asanas) for strength and flexibility.  Finally, enjoy cool down poses and a guided relaxation.

It is helpful to have a yoga mat and a blanket if available. Wear comfortable loose fitting or stretchy clothing.
